Early Life:- Parul Gulati was born on 6 August 1991 in Rohtak, Haryana, into a middle-class family. Her brother, Pavail Gulati, is also a well-known actor in the Indian film industry. Parul was still in her 12th standard when she was spotted through her photos on social media by an advertising agency, which led to her first assignment - a car commercial. She later trained in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London and also studied theatre in Mumbai. She is trained in multiple dance forms including Jazz, Hip Hop, and Ballet, and holds training in Kalaripayattu, a traditional Indian martial art.

Career Journey:- Parul Gulati made her acting debut in 2010 with the TV serial Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam, playing the role of Bittan. She went on to make her Punjabi film debut with Burraahh (2012), followed by Romeo Ranjha (2014) and Zorawar (2016) opposite Yo Yo Honey Singh. She also debuted in Telugu cinema with Nee Jathaleka (2016). Her television and web-series career expanded significantly with a role in Nikkhil Advani's P.O.W. - Bandi Yuddh Ke (2017), followed by Haq Se (2018), an adaptation of Little Women set in Kashmir. The same year, she starred in the Netflix Original Selection Day and TVF's Girls Hostel, playing Zahira Ali - one of her most recognised roles. She has since appeared in Hey Prabhu!, The Raikar Case, Illegal, Your Honor, and Made in Heaven (Season 2). In 2024, she made her Hindi film debut with Silence 2: The Night Owl Bar Shootout, and appeared in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 alongside Kapil Sharma. Alongside acting, Parul founded Nish Hair in 2017, a brand offering premium human hair extensions, and now serves as its CEO. In 2023, she appeared on Shark Tank India (Season 2) to pitch her brand, seeking ₹1 crore for a 2% stake - she closed the deal with investor Amit Jain for exactly that offer.
