Rashmi Arya Debuts as a Singer with Devotional Track 'Shiv Shambhu Shankara', Dedicates It to Her Late Mother
Rashmi Arya marks her singing debut with the devotional song 'Shiv Shambhu Shankara', releasing on T-Series ahead of Shravan as an emotional tribute to her late mother, singer Baby Sadhana.
Just in time for the holy month of Shravan, entrepreneur-turned-singer Rashmi Arya has released her debut track, 'Shiv Shambhu Shankara' - a devotional number that carries far more weight than a typical first single. For Arya, it's a tribute to her late mother, Baby Sadhana, and an offering of faith to Lord Shiva. The song, out on T-Series, sees her doing double duty as both playback singer and the face of the music video.
Arya is already a familiar name in real estate, fashion and business circles, but her step into music comes from a much more personal place. Music, it turns out, runs in the family - her mother Baby Sadhana was a well-regarded singer in her own right, and that legacy stayed with Arya quietly for years before finding an outlet. It took some gentle prodding from family friend Gurpreet Kaur Chadha and music composer Guru M. Sharma for her to finally give voice to a talent she'd long kept to herself.
