Actress Krishna Gautam is carving out a dual identity for herself in both the film and music industries. Krishna shared that Varma maintained a calm, courteous, and patient demeanor throughout the shoot. Rather than pushing an actor who was struggling to nail a scene on a given day, he preferred to push the shoot to a later date, giving them the space and time to prepare properly. What stood out most to Krishna, however, was one of his signature techniques: he would act out the dialogues himself, film the performance, and then play it back for the actors.
