Entertainment executive, producer and entrepreneur Mohammed Nagaman Lateef marked his birthday with a close-knit yet glittering celebration on August 12 at Roswyn, Mumbai. Talking about this year's celebrations, Mohammed shared that the occasion feels particularly special since his festivities will extend beyond Mumbai - he's set to travel to London and the US soon after the party to continue celebrating there. He emphasized that despite the scale of change around him, his inner circle and the way he celebrates with them has stayed consistent, adding that he's always preferred an intimate approach to his birthday over big public affairs.

On the professional front, Mohammed noted that this year holds extra significance for him as he now holds the position of Talent Head at Balaji Telefilms and Balaji Motion Pictures - a role he considers a major responsibility and one he's committed to fulfilling with dedication.

In this capacity, Mohammed Nagaman Lateef oversees talent operations for the Hoonur division spanning Balaji Telefilms, Balaji Motion Pictures and Balaji Digital, where his work includes talent acquisition, casting, and shaping the celebrity ecosystem for prominent television and reality entertainment ventures.

Beyond his industry role, Mohammed also hosts the podcast Honestly, Why Not? with MNL, featuring candid conversations with personalities from the entertainment and creative space.
