Meet Ritika Jatin Ahuja: The Woman Driving India's Luxury Automotive Revolution

In a world where luxury automobiles have long been considered a man's domain, Ritika Jatin Ahuja is rewriting the script - quite literally putting women in the driver's seat. As the COO of Big Boy Toyz (BBT), India's most recognised pre-owned luxury car brand, and the founder of Queen's Drive Club (QDC), the country's first all-women supercar community, Ritika has carved a niche that goes far beyond horsepower and high-end vehicles. Hers is a story of vision, persistence and purpose.

From Design Studios to the Driver's Seat

Before luxury cars became her calling, Ritika trained in jet and yacht interior design at the University of the Arts London and began her career in Dubai - an experience that gave her ventures a distinctly global sensibility. That international exposure, paired with an instinct for brand-building, eventually led her to Big Boy Toyz, a company she has helped transform from a luxury car dealership into what she describes as a full-fledged lifestyle ecosystem.

"For me, entrepreneurship has never been about selling a product. It's about creating something people connect with emotionally. Whether it's Big Boy Toyz or Queen's Drive Club, the goal has always been to build experiences that stay with people long after the moment has passed," Ritika shares.

Redefining Big Boy Toyz's Luxury Positioning

As COO, Ritika has played a central role in shaping BBT's evolution. She was drawn to the brand's promise of making luxury car ownership more accessible, transparent and trustworthy - values she felt aligned with where the Indian luxury market was heading. Today's buyers, she notes, aren't just looking for a vehicle; they want an experience.

Under her leadership, BBT has expanded well beyond car sales - into community engagement, branded merchandise and digital innovation, including the company's new auction platform. Her focus has consistently been on deepening the brand's connection with its audience and reinforcing its position as a leader in India's luxury ownership space.

Queen's Drive Club: A Movement, Not Just a Driving Club

If Big Boy Toyz reflects her professional acumen, Queen's Drive Club reflects her purpose. The idea was born from a simple but striking gap - there were plenty of accomplished, independent women who loved cars, yet no dedicated space for them to connect over that shared passion.

QDC has since grown into India's first all-women supercar collective, bringing together more than 100 women from diverse backgrounds and walks of life under one shared love for performance, luxury and empowerment. But for Ritika, the club's mission runs deeper than glamorous convoys and supercars.

“We want more women drivers on roads to beat the stereotype, ” she says - pointing to an emerging initiative that teaches young women to drive and helps connect them with employment opportunities, an effort she calls a long-term dream in progress.

Milestones Measured in Trust, Not Just Numbers

Asked about her proudest achievements, Ritika doesn't lead with figures. She points instead to QDC's growth into a nationally recognised community and BBT's evolution into one of India's most trusted luxury automobile platforms. New initiatives, strategic partnerships and an expanding luxury ecosystem all matter - but what she values most is the trust built with customers and the tangible impact created within her communities.

Breaking Into a Male-Dominated Industry

Carving space for women in the luxury automotive world hasn't come without resistance. Ritika is candid about the challenge of shifting deep-rooted perceptions in an industry that has traditionally excluded women. Building genuine community trust, she says, takes time - it cannot be rushed.

Her approach has been to stay consistent and let results do the talking rather than getting weighed down by obstacles. “Rather than focusing on barriers, I have always focused on creating value and letting the results speak for themselves, ”she reflects.

A Leadership Style Rooted in Empathy

Ritika's leadership philosophy centres on empowering others rather than positioning herself as having all the answers. She describes empathy and strength as complementary forces rather than opposites, and credits much of her growth as a leader to listening closely, staying adaptable, and making confident decisions while remaining open to learning. For her, effective leadership comes down to building the right team and fostering an environment of trust.

What's Next for BBT and QDC

Looking ahead, Ritika envisions Big Boy Toyz expanding further into a comprehensive luxury lifestyle brand, with continued investment in digital platforms and curated, community-driven experiences. For Queen's Drive Club, her ambitions are bigger still - growing the platform into a larger movement for women across entrepreneurship, leadership and automotive culture, with the long-term goal of greater representation for women on Indian roads, including pathways to better livelihoods.

Her Advice to Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Ritika's parting advice is refreshingly grounded: don't wait for the perfect moment.“Start before you feel completely ready,” she says, urging entrepreneurs to prioritise genuine value over quick wins, stay consistent, and trust in the power of relationships. Above all, she believes persistence and authenticity will always outlast fleeting trends.

A Recognised Voice in Luxury and Empowerment

Ritika's influence has been backed by an impressive list of accolades, including the WOT Award 2025, Times Drive Auto Summit & Award 2025, Medanta Shakti Award 2025,
Jagran Womenpreneur Awards 2025, the National Excellence Award, and recognition as a Young Women Leader in Operations by The Indian Conventions, among several others.

Her social presence - built around luxury lifestyle, automotive passion and empowered living - has made her a sought-after voice for global and premium brands, with collaborations spanning names like Michelin, Jeep, MINI, Jo Malone London, Amazon Prime, Westin Hotels & Resorts and Courtyard by Marriott, among others. She has also crossed into entertainment, having featured in Amazon Prime's legal drama Guilty Minds and connected with the cast of the film Crew, starring Kareena Kapoor.

The Road Ahead

From redefining what luxury car ownership looks like in India to building a community that's putting more women behind the wheel, Ritika Jatin Ahuja's journey is a reminder that real influence is built on consistency, authenticity and the courage to create space where none existed before. As Big Boy Toyz and Queen's Drive Club continue to grow, all eyes will be on where she steers next.
