Niharika Chouksey on One Year of Tumm Se Tumm Tak: "Anu Has Become a Part of Who I Am"

Zee TV's popular romantic drama Tumm Se Tumm Tak, produced by Studio LSD, has completed one year on air, and for lead actress Niharika Chouksey, the milestone carries deep personal significance. The show, which premiered on July 7, 2025, has struck a chord with audiences over the past twelve months, with Niharika's portrayal of Anu emerging as one of its biggest highlights.

Speaking about the anniversary, Niharika admitted the year had flown by. "It's honestly difficult to believe that Tumm Se Tumm Tak has completed one year. It feels like we just started shooting yesterday, and today we have an entire year's worth of memories, emotions and experiences. I feel incredibly grateful to everyone who has been a part of this journey," she said.

For the actress, playing Anu has gone beyond just another role. "Anu has become a part of who I am. She has taught me patience, resilience and the importance of leading with kindness. Every day on set has helped me grow, not just as an actor but also as a person. Portraying her has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career," Niharika shared.

She was quick to credit the show's success to the entire team working behind the camera. "A show completes a year only because of the efforts of every single person behind the scenes. From our producers and directors to the writers, technicians, crew members and my co-actors, everyone has worked tirelessly. We have truly become one big family," she said.

Niharika also spoke fondly of her equation with co-star Sharad Kelkar, calling their collaboration a valuable learning experience. "Working with Sharad sir has been a wonderful learning experience. He is incredibly supportive and generous as an actor. I have learned so much just by observing him, and he has always encouraged me to perform with confidence."

The actress reserved her warmest words for the show's viewers, acknowledging their role in the show's continued run. "The biggest thank you goes to our audience. They accepted Anu with so much love and stood by our story through every twist and turn. Reading their messages, edits and comments always motivates me to give my best. Their love is the biggest reason we've reached this milestone," she said.

With one successful year behind them, Niharika hinted that there's plenty more in store for fans of the show. "This one year is only the beginning. We have many more emotions, surprises and beautiful moments coming up in the story. I hope our viewers continue to shower us with the same love because their support means everything to us," she concluded.
