The league operates as a joint venture between Cricket Ireland and Rules Global (Rules X), developed in collaboration with Cricket Ireland, Cricket Scotland, and the Royal Dutch Cricket Association.

For Bachchan, this launch fits a pattern he's followed with his other sporting ventures - treating ownership as a serious, long-term commitment rather than a celebrity endorsement.
