Kheda (Gujarat) [India], May 14: EJAG Foods Private Limited, the company behind the emerging instant noodles brand Nools, has announced an investment of ₹100 crore to establish one of India’s largest instant noodles manufacturing hubs in Kheda, Gujarat. The large-scale greenfield project is expected to significantly strengthen the state’s food processing and FMCG ecosystem while creating substantial employment opportunities in the region.
The proposed manufacturing facility is expected to generate more than 1,000 employment opportunities over the next three to five years, including over 250 jobs during its initial phase. In line with the company’s inclusive growth vision, EJAG Foods is also aiming for nearly 70% women participation in its workforce, contributing towards women empowerment and regional socio-economic development.
The state-of-the-art facility will be equipped with advanced production technology and is expected to house some of the world’s largest instant noodles manufacturing machineries. The project is designed to support high-volume production capabilities, maintain superior quality standards, and enable efficient nationwide supply chain operations.
