Bharadwaj welcomes her warmly, informing her that Arya personally entrusted her with the responsibility. Though he reminds her that the challenges ahead are far greater, Anu embraces the role with confidence earned through perseverance.

Meanwhile, at the Vardhan mansion, Gayatri urges Arya to confront a decision he has long avoided. She reminds him of Meera’s years of loyalty and her pivotal role in building the company. While acknowledging Meera’s mistake, Gayatri cautions him that allowing emotion to cloud judgment could hurt the organisation further. She insists that the only way to stabilise the situation is for Arya to bring Meera back himself. Realising the truth in her words, Arya reluctantly agrees.

Back at the office, Anu meets Jhende and expresses her desire to speak with Arya before beginning her duties. Jhende reveals that Arya is not in his cabin and hints—cryptically—that Arya is exactly where he needs to be. Anu is left curious but chooses to remain focused on her new position.
