In practice, the platform manages the full job-search lifecycle: resume optimization, job discovery on company career pages, tailored applications, and interview preparation, combining AI with human expertise. To date, it has processed millions of applications across the United States, generating thousands of interview opportunities for students, early-career professionals, and international applicants.
